New Windows Media Center
The old one died... the cooling fan of the video card broken.
The new one is running 32-bit version of Windows Vista Home Premium with SP1. Also tried some features that I had never used before, like putting recordings onto DVDs.
The setup experience this time is pretty good, Vista SP1 automatically recognise my WinTV-Huppauge PVR-150 MCE and the USB IR receiver (for MCE remote "beanbag" in the kit). Everything is plug and play.

One Minute Management
Recently I attended the 2nd session of the leadership training organised by my company. The training was great, and the trainer done great presentations and other exercises with us.
He recommended two books to read. One of them is One Minute Manager. I found an online copy here. It is really worth to read with easy to understand concepts. I finished this reading exercise in a few hours and felt gained a lot on people handling.
I hope this helps everybody.

Hard Working Week
Hard working?
A week has 5 working days. 5 working days mean 40 working hours. However, in the first 4 calendar days of the week, I already worked 48 working hours.
That means, 6 working days in 4 calendar days.
Oh... I need some rest.

Old Photos
Today, I watched a lot of old photos I took since 2001.
This is basically a storage consolidation project. I had built a new computer that has 6 x 320GB disks formed a RAID 5 array. I had moved all information from all of my storage to this new storage array.
During the information move, I had a review for the photos I took. This restore a lot of my memory, like the 270 pounds view of myself, a lot of old friends and a lot of interesting moments.

My First Lesson to Photography Class
Today, I attended my first lesson of photography class at ILC, OUHK LiPACE. It was very interesting, teaching compositions, use of aperture to control depth of field and some fundamental things.
I like it. Starting next week, the class will happen in Studio and practicing with cameras.
I am so exciting for next week to come.

Eric Onboard!
Finally, Eric onboard.
A lot of things need him to do and learn. Like product details, functions and features.
I hope he enjoys working with me, again!

The session is on March 24, 2007... counting down.
Of course, Kevin, Joe and I are in serious training. The script, effective selling, creation of props, etc.
This experience is really remarkable.
