Installing ESXi on my laptop natively
It is not easy, as my laptop runs Intel 82579LM network card. Intel 82579LM is not a supported NIC so ESXi 5 refused to install on it.
The fix is to integrate the network card drivers onto the installation media.
First, you need the ESXi 5 installation media. This is easy, just register and download from VMware website. They offer this free of charge (for basic hypervisor features), or 60 days free evaluation.
Second, you need 82579LM network card drivers. You may found this website useful.
Third, you need an integration tool (this save a lot of time). I found ESXi-Customizer.
Building a customized ESXi 5 installation ISO is not difficult with these three things together. Finally able to install ESXi5 on my 32G RAM Lenovo W520.

Eye-Fi Pro X2 Hands On Experience
I bought an Eye-Fi Pro X2. It really works with my Sony NEX-5N. To setup the card, I need to put the card into a PC, and then setup the application comes with the card.
Once installed, it will check for new versions and will ask if you would like to perform an update.
Afterwards, you can start configuring the card. The configuration includes adding network to the card, setting up an account and paring the card with a receving device.
The camera automatically turned on the upload settings.
The camera shows an icon next to the shooting mode, indicating the upload will be done automatically.
My phone received the photos automatically.
In short, this Eye-Fi memory card solved my issue for using a digital cameras - cannot instantly upload and sharing. Now, shooted photos will automatically sent to my phone for instantly upload via 3G network.

I was on sick leave today
What do you think if you were on sick leave?
I made my status available for I was on sick leave after I had visited my family doctor. One of my friends sent me a MSN message: “You are so good that you are on leave.”
I was surprised.
In fact, I think going back to office for work is fun. I am not very happy that I need to stay at home doing nothing. I think my friend is not making fun during his work, so his mindset thinking people on sick leave are so good…

Ubuntu 9.04 on Laptop
Really great.
My laptop was originally installed with Windows XP SP3, however the speed is really slow. I installed Ubuntu 9.04 on my Dell D420 with a WWAN 5520 Card. This really gives slow laptop a chance for reborn.
The most impressive thing is mobile broadband support. Right on the first boot after installation, the network editor asked for a few questions.
Within some points and clicks, I am connected with the 3.5G network!
